Whistleblowing

In accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistle-blowers, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), the company, as an obligated entity under the Act, publishes the following information in accordance with the provisions of Section 9(2)(b):

Reports under the Act must not be anonymous, i.e. they must contain the first name, surname and date of birth, or other information from which the identity of the reporting person can be deduced.

Notifications pursuant to the Act may be submitted via the internal reporting system of MICo s.r.o., i.e.:

• In writing
• using the appropriate boxes located in designated areas
• by e-mail: whistleblowing@mico.cz
• by letter addressed to the relevant person at the address Mgr. Žaneta Pröll, 1. října 3390/111a, Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz 702 00 – the envelope must be clearly marked "Notification pursuant to the Whistle-blower Protection Act – for the attention of the relevant person, DO NOT OPEN"
• Verbally – by telephone
• to the contact telephone number of the relevant person: 733 643 993 ( Mgr. Žaneta Pröll )
• Personally
• by agreement with the relevant person

• It is only possible to submit a notification in person upon request.
  The obligated entity, MICo s.r.o., excludes the acceptance of reports from persons who do not perform work or other similar activities for the obligated entity pursuant to Section 9(3)(a), (e), (h) or (i) of the Act; MICo s.r.o. therefore only accepts reports under the Act from:
• persons who perform dependent work for MICo s.r.o. in a basic employment relationship (Section 2(3)(a) of the Act)
• persons who perform the function of a member of the body of the legal entity MICo s.r.o. (Section 2(3)(e) of the Act)
• persons who perform voluntary work for MICo s.r.o. (Section 2(3)(h) of the Act) and
• persons performing professional practice and internships for MICo s.r.o. (Section 2(3)(i) of the Act)
