The company complies with applicable international and national laws and standards relating to labour practices and human rights. The company does not employ persons under the age of 15. The company does not use any form of involuntary labour, including prison or other forced labour. The company does not trade with individuals or groups for the purpose of exploitation.

FAIR REMUNERATION

All wages paid by the company meet the minimum wage requirements applicable in the Czech Republic. Any overtime is voluntary, and employees receive appropriate compensation for overtime work. Standard working hours do not exceed legal limits, and overtime does not exceed the maximum time permitted by law.

The company protects the intellectual property of its suppliers. Appropriate confidentiality agreements are used to protect intellectual property.

FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION

The company has a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, and this policy complies with all applicable anti-corruption laws of the Czech Republic. The company does not provide, grant or accept anything of value that could be considered to influence business decisions. The company does not provide gifts or hospitality to anyone where this could be considered an attempt to improperly influence business decisions. The company does not provide intermediary payments nor does it allow them to be made on behalf of the supplier or customer.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

The company strives to avoid conflicts of interest in its business activities and resolves them where they arise. The company shall inform its customer of any potential conflicts of interest should they arise.

EXPORT CONTROL AND IMPORT OBLIGATIONS

The company complies with all relevant export control laws and regulations when exporting goods or technology, and plans and obtains all necessary authorisations and permits to ensure timely and compliant delivery of its products.

COMPETITIVE BEHAVIOUR AND ANTITRUST POLICY

The company complies with competition (antitrust) laws in the countries where it operates or sells products or services. We do not coordinate market behaviour with competitors or our own suppliers in a way that unduly restricts competition.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT

The company holds occupational health and safety management certification in accordance with ČSN ISO 45001 and environmental management system certification in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 14001, and complies with their requirements.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

The company listens to the demands and interests of the local community and addresses them appropriately.

LOBBYING AND POLITICAL SUPPORT

The company conducts all lobbying activities in accordance with all applicable laws and behaves ethically in all interactions with governments and their representatives. The company does not make contributions or donations to political parties, academic institutions or charitable organisations closely associated with political parties that could be perceived or intended as an attempt to influence decision-making.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE AND SUBMITTING SUGGESTIONS

The company creates conditions for all employees to have the opportunity to express their opinions about the company's conduct, its decisions or the conduct of employees. Company management deals with all suggestions and information relating to violations of this code of ethics. The company excludes any punishment or negative impact on employees who have submitted a complaint in accordance with this code of ethics. All suggestions can be submitted through all commonly available communication channels of the company, through your supervisor or the human resources department. This model of behaviour is applied to all members of management and employees of the company.
