This year's World Nuclear Exhibition in Paris once again confirmed that nuclear energy is experiencing extraordinary growth.

For us, as representatives of CHEMCOMEX, MICo, and CE ENGINEERING, this year's participation was all the more significant because the Czech national stand was one of the most visible at the entire exhibition. Czech companies want a piece of the Dukovany construction project. It is almost certain that the secondary loop will remain in Czechia. And a number of other deliveries will be decided in the coming years. The participation of Czechs in other KHNP projects in Europe is highly uncertain. Sufficient participation by Czech companies in the construction of new nuclear power sources is an insurmountable "red line" in this huge contract, both for the state and for representatives of local industry. Czech companies that manufacture in Czechia, pay taxes and insurance, see the construction of the fifth and sixth units in Dukovany as a great opportunity – after all, the completion is being talked about as the project of the century.

Representatives of MICo s.r.o. and CHEMCOMEX, a.s., members of the Energy Division of CE INDUSTRIES, met with the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Czech Republic, Mr. Vasyl Zvarych, to discuss involvement in the restoration and reconstruction of Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The meeting, which was also attended by MICo CEO Marián Lipovský and Sales Director Michal Balko, confirmed the growing interest of Czech companies in long-term cooperation in the region.
