MICo at perFEKT AtomDay 2025: Nuclear energy has a future

perFEKT AtomDay is a unique one-day event that offers students and the general public an overview of the latest trends and technologies in nuclear energy. The event program included inspiring lectures by experts from the field, interactive exhibitions, and networking opportunities with leading companies and institutions in the industry.

On behalf of MICo s.r.o., we were proud to present a specialist lecture entitled "Engineering under pressure," led by our colleagues Petr Uhmann and Libor Poduška. During this presentation, students gained a unique insight into the practice of mechanical engineering—from the precise design of components to complex technological processes where accuracy is key. The lecture reflected our experience with engineering solutions for the energy sector, including pressure equipment and its role in modern energy production technologies.

It was inspiring to see how many young talents showed interest in technical fields and energy as such. Discussions with the participants, their questions, and enthusiasm only confirmed that "energy from the core" has a strong future — and that young people can help shape it with us.
