We specialise in precision machining and welding of large thick-walled steel components for the energy industry. In addition to heat exchangers and pressure vessels, we can also manufacture other types of products for various industries in top quality – both according to the customer's production documentation and with the involvement of our engineering department.

Understanding Our Product Groups

Yes, all other product groups are also custom-made (manufactured to the specific requirements of individual customers). Similarly, heat exchangers are classified as pressure vessels in terms of their design. So what do the individual product groups in our overview include, and what is meant by "custom manufacturing"?

We have classified our products into those where a physical or chemical process takes place, usually under pressure – if their main function is the exchange of thermal energy, they are in the "exchangers", if not, they are in the (other) group "pressure vessels". Weldments that are not pressure vessels but are structural weldments, typically truck frames, are in the "special weldments". Finally, everything else is (other) "custom manufacturing".

Piece and small-batch production

The essence of our production is piece production, but in all product groups we have also produced sets of identical products, i.e. small series, for our customers. The "special weldments" product group usually consists of small to medium series of identical or related products.
