Key activities and responsibilities:
- Complete coverage of all financial activities (preparation of budgets, financial plans, cash flow plans, financial statements and audit documentation). Checking accounting operations and preparing reports according to management requirements. Checking the accuracy of controlling reports. Responsibility for the effective configuration of internal company processes and financial ICT solutions. Responsibility for the effective use of company resources and investments. Joint responsibility for the strategic management of the company. Communication with third parties/stakeholders (banks, authorities, auditors, tax advisors). Cooperation in formulating strategic and tactical objectives and measures for the effective development of the company.
Expertise is fundamental
Given that the objectives of the position are very demanding, sufficient professional and managerial experience is required to perform this role.
The general conditions for performing the position are:
- University degree (in economics) – required. Experience in managing a finance team. Experience with M&A, integration, restructuring. We prefer experience from manufacturing companies (petrochemicals, FMCG production, automotive). Knowledge of controlling tools, experience with managing company cash flows, experience with managing credit, currency and other company risks. A strong, ambitious and proactive personality, able to work well under pressure.
